Would other members like to see an additional section on the 'Board index', namely one titled...Other UK Made medium scale toys...shown here is a mock-up of what it would look like, I have put it directly under the "Other UK Made small scale toys" and it would be where collectors of the Spot-On, Lone-Star and Budgie models could be featured.
There does not seem to be a specific place for these other British brands at the moment and the forum's title does say..."Vintage British"...so please Nick, can we have this new section added.
On behalf of forum members who do collect these brands, many thank's,
GHOSTHUNTER.

I think the members would not say no to having somewhere to discuss spot on and budgie, it would probably be better to simply drop the "small scale" and replace it with "diecast" - Other british diecast toys

That would be fantastic. Current models in the thread include Spot On, Shackleton and Morestone Fodens, none of which are small scale. If the Spot On and Shackleton topics hadn't already been started I wouldn't have put the Morestone on due to the 'small scale' reference.
I do realise that a line has to be drawn somewhere or we end up with a forum that goes off all over the place, but what are member's opinions on the Triang Minix range? I know they are made of pl****c which probably makes them a total non starter in some members eyes but they are close enough to Regular Wheels in size and subject matter they may have their fans here too? I don't particularly like the cars, but the AEC Strachans bus goes well with my 74 Daimlers and the Thames van is really nice. (Bet you Nick's got at least one?)

Thames ?. You're not wrong there Ewan, Though for the life of me I don't know where it is, I guess it must still be in Scotland at the ex wife's place.
In real life had 4 Thames (70a Estate Car) vans over the years, 2 buses and 2 panel vans, The buses were stock but the two vans were customs, One had a high compression engine from a Zephyr and the other a Fiat twin cam, I would love to have another one but they fetch too much ££££ today.

OK Nick, is that a "yes", and I have no problem with combining the two scales together, small and medium to create...Other UK made toys...
Thank's for that,
