Looking through ebay yesterday and found three (3) promotions running on ebay.com.au: eg PICK3, PUSH5 and PLACE10, these promotions were not visible on the Aussie ebay site, but when visiting the UK ebay site they were appearing on the items which I opened to peruse. Rang ebay to tell them, they said that that was not possible and they could not see it from their side.
What is going on, there has been a lot this happening lately.
