SF#33 Lamborghini Miura missing from Nick Jones Guide

I have just realised that Nick Jones does not list this Superfast #33 Lamborghini Miura , ivory interior, thin wheels with tow guide on his variation table and it would probably sit nicely as Nicks code 17b if it was to be given a code number or code 18 to displace the current variation sitting at 18. I note that he lists the gold Miura with the red interior and thin wheels with the tow guide (nicks variation table code 17) however I have never heard of any examples of this variation in any collections and I have never seen one in the flesh, I also note that Christian does not list the gold with red interior with tow guide as existing? I guess it is very possible that it does exist given that it fits nicely into the early production timeline but until we see one who knows?

So Nick getting back to your variation table for the Superfast #33 it need updating buddy.

I guess we now need to see the pictures and if possible pictures taken showing the model in the same positions as the model Alex is showing above.

Excellent, thank you for the pictures of what is a very nice variation and now there are two examples this qualifies for recognition as a coded model. Any other thoughts about what Alex has mentioned regards what code this could or should be!

I believe Nick has closed his variation tables? Perhaps Hugh can confirm this?

Where is Nick when you need him lol?

This is Nick's note on the variation tables: " I will no longer be altering the variation codes. All new discoveries will be inserted in to their correct place in the timeline and given a suffix. So a new variation that would be nearest to variation 4 would become the new 4a, etc."

That being the case then this should be coded as 17a if I am not mistaken? Anyone else have any thoughts?

It could be a 17a if we are happy an ivory seat moulding is splitting two red mouldings which 12 and 14 are doing.
