mica NA and code 2

Does any one have the Mica Mag, inserts or a listing of the offerings of models dates info etc?
In USA it would be 3-7+ months from issue to delivery and when we ordered (3-4 months in )it would be on the leaflet sent back.
therefore:
A dont have leaflet info
B or any way to correspond with checks which models were ordered
C have checks no note on inventory tag # /models no purchase info
D additionally have reconstructed bits which only leads to (so far )75 models (all issues) MIA somewhere

in no hurry will proceed to collect found data/cars and start working <> toward blanks ,working on 1994-5 this week

will watch them for another (local)collector
I am looking more for the NA insert + THE ORDER BLANKS, to build missing data and know which models to hunt for as yet.
so far know of 75 that are MIA (in wrong location hopefully)?
Have many MICA checks that are for 3-10 models but they never sent packing slips so the records do not intermesh

currently looking for magazines NA close to '07 , Emags printed as booklet , annuals
