Proposed in around 1996 but never progressed. Based on Coca Cola body with Y12 on "Made in England" base, so very old stock used for the trials. To get as far as print runs for the boxes and have it cancelled must have been quite a loss.

As it's a preproduction model and it has a "Made in England" baseplate, it's fine here!
