I am new to this forum and love anything associated with small cars.
My parents came rom Germany so I had quite a few Shuco toys and Marklin
locomotives.

Anyway I want to start collecting and I have set aside some money to get
good/mint condition tin plate toys. I want to learn learn learn.....

Am I in the right forum for my endeavours?

Hello Pete, welcome to the forum.

We are not big on tinplate but have dabbled in these a few times here...viewforum.php?f=34

I personally do like tinplate toys and vehicles and have contributed a few posts in the above link.

There are some good gallery type websites out there that you should hunt down.Type something like 'tinplate toy cars in photos' into your google etc and be amazed at what comes up!
