Base: Black; Speedkings or Superkings.
Wheels: Five arch front & Maltese Cross rear.
Windows: Clear, light tint, light amber, green or dark green.
Interior: White.
Decals: 207 Cobra & racing stripes.
Labels: Cobra 11.

2. White body/red stripes/black Superkings base/dk.green windows/white int/"Cobra 11" labels on sides.
3. Red body/white stripes/black Superkings base/green windows/white int/207 Cobra side decals.

5. Darker red body/white stripes/black Superkings base/dk.green windows/white int/207 Cobra side decals.

I have always wondered how the deco was done on these and a few other models. These look more like decals than labels due to the very thin transparent background.

The first two variations (white cars) are definitely labels. The rest (all red cars) are decals.

No disrespect to fans of the real car but to me the model was not the best example of Lesney's engineering skills! The blue version was bad enough but these red and white versions are awful. What was lesney thinking of during this models development.

As a collection they are nice to to look at but it is one model that just did not inspire me to go out and buy it.

I am afraid I can only award a 5/10 for this one lesney, now go back to the drawing board and come up with something exciting

I agree with Ghosthunter. This model is more of a "funny car" rendition of the Mustang II, which saw a bit of fame in the Charlies Angels TV show.

Hi Jason & Reg,
Thanks for posting the pictures. K60A & K60B Mustangs have generated quite a number of variations as it seems the folks at Lesney used whatever parts they had at the moment
to keep production going. Both models can be found with or without side exhaust pipes. Sharp eyes, as it is very easy to overlook it especially the blue colored model with "20".
