This high price surprises me. We are going through a good economic phase here but really?

Nothing personal, Sidebottom, but I would be most grateful if Members would add photographs to posts such as the above otherwise, in six months' time, when the listing has disappeared from Ebay, this thread will be completely meaningless.

Yes, a picture always helps!
I think that’s about £60 or £3 each. The yellow 31b with clear windows is the pick of the lot and would fetch £20 in the UK - more if it has the black base. There’s also a decent 17a removals van, a Meteor boat with trailer, a passable 31a and 9a fire engine, and lots to restore (I’d expect the overpainting to come off the Commer quite easily, for example). I’d expect a lot like this to go for £20 to £40 in the UK, but you’d have to pay another £20 to get them to Australia. They’re not cheap, but not outrageously expensive either.

While there are clearly some repaints in that 'Lot', interesting to see the note for the Vauxhall F Victor...''painted yellow'' Surely it is not an original red issue painted over...
Ghosthunter.

Now that would be a find! Looking closely at the inside, though, it doesn’t look red, though there is a spot of red on the outside. Besides, what is the chance that someone repainting a red Victor would choose a yellow so close to the production colour?

Thanks Drjeep, will (try and) do that next time.
