Photographed in a village in Southern Ontario while I was bicycling one Sunday. Actually, I'd seen it before, but took the opportunity to photograph it this time. (Cell phone picture)

Might not be remarkable, but it is a nice match. And it is odd to have British licence plates and badges in Canada. My wife wouldn't let me buy it, and I've not seen it there recently.
Here's an attached copy of the same photo. Wow photobucket won't even let me let other users view my uploaded albums directly.
I actually mirrored my photobucket pictures a while ago, the first time photobucket started acting a bit strange.

The single F on the license plate means it was built in 1968.
There are still very many Morris Minors on Britains roads. British engineering at its best.

The British equivalent of the VW Beetle. Wonder how many years ago this was exported -perhaps not so many as the classics export business only really took of in the 1990s!

Still plenty of Morris Minors (and VW Beetles for that matter) on the road here in NZ too. Beetles were definitely assembled here, and I'm pretty sure that Minors would have been too.
Cheers,
Gavin

The cell phone is a Motorola Atrix. I don't think I even cropped the picture afterwards.
Lighting that day was serendipitous.
The model number of the Motorola Atrix is MB860. Hmmm...

Hello Sport Wagon
I know southern Ontario is a very big place but perhaps you might pass this way:
There is a full size baby blue 7a Ford Anglia on Rt 12 west of Orillia and east of the 400.
I've gone past it a few times but haven't gotten a picture yet.
Happy hunting!
Kurt

Re: Morris Minor 46a Seen While Bicycling in Southern Ontari
Well, on Monday I decided to bicycle up to Belwood Lake, via Oustic. And had a hearty brunch at Belwood Super Snax. Then I went back through Fergus and Elora and across to Floradale and then up and over and down to Linwood and then Wellesley, Bamberg, and home to Waterloo again via Erbsville.
So I ended up taking a brief stretch of the main Orangeville Road on my way to Oustic. Anyway, as I went to make my right turn off Orangeville Road to start towards Oustic, I noticed a truck with tandem hopper semi-trailers very much like M4-b/K4, across the road waiting to turn left onto the same road I was turning onto.
I allowed it to make its turn first. I didn't actually think to try and take a picture, but it wouldn't have been very convenient. And, although I had a recharger for my phone, I was still worried about battery life as I was using the GPS to track my ride. (It was the first time I tried using the charger on a ride).
The cab was undoubtedly different, and I think the setup also had more axles than the Matchbox version. But sorry, I got no picture.
Tandem trailers of any kind, even pups, used to be very rare around here. But that complete tandem semi-trailer setup was one of two I saw on that holiday Monday. The other had more normal dump trailers, and didn't strike me as particularly like K16. In fact, that trailer might have been behind a normal large dump truck; I can't remember for sure.

Re: Morris Minor 46a Seen While Bicycling in Southern Ontari
So today I added an attachment to get around the lack of photobucket pricing options.
Perhaps I couldn't do that previously, or inline photobucket images used to allow better control, and e.g. option to link to a higher resolution picture. Or just my habit, I guess.
I've left the photobucket link so we can continue to lament, etc.
