I don't collect many Superfast models unless it takes my fancy and this one did.
I am led to believe it was only available in Tesco Multi Packs but hopefully some one can enlighten me.

Correct it was found in the multipack issue MP-1 from 1981, your version has silver foiled hubs however it can also be found with black hubs. Quite hard to find. Mint examples command a high price.
