This is well worth a read.
I note that it was written in 1964. Some time back 18power Naji made a comment about possible Lesney toy volumes made and were there any records.
There are some amazing statistics in this article and other good snippets…I like the bit about mask spraying.

It's a shame the scans are so small and blurry. Enlarging the text only made it worse. Maybe one day there will be an old man easy reader version as I would really like to read the article.
It might be time to start my "Bucket List."
