Y-13 Daimler Maroon Grille

We found a Y-13 Daimler in common yellow and black colors but with a Maroon grille instead of black. We could not find a maroon grille listed in the Yesteryear Book Third Edition. Does anyone know about this?

The grilles on the Daimler are notorious for falling off! Could this be a replacement from another model made to fit?

Maroon and green grilles are known on this model. Ensure the pattern is identical to the black examples. Neither of these colours are common, the maroon less so. Quite why these exist is unclear.
The Opel can also be found with a green grill by the way.
