Hi from Norway!
I grew up with my dad collecting Matchbox cars and when he passed away last February I inheritated his whole collection. Due to space (and time ) issues I've had the collection stacked away for a long time. I now finally got around to start working my way through it.
The Regular Wheels series is 10 items away from being complete. Major packs-, Accessory Packs- and King size -collections are yet to be counted.
There are some Corgis as well.
I have really fallen for the RW prototypes/a-series (if one can call it that) and would like to keep these. The rest I would have to sell at some point. But the marked in Norway is not the best and the shipping from Norway is really expensive, so I might end up keeping the whole collection after all
Looking forward to hang around in this forum, collecting knowledge as well as cars

Re: New collector from Norway
Welcome to the forum Silji.
Sorry to hear of the loss of your Father. I have been through the same process with my Father passing away in January last Year and I adopted his collection of models.
That is qiute a varied collection with a lot of playworn models but still plenty of good displayable models and some good looking boxes. Of the Two yellow horse boxes in the first picture I see one of them has the Tan coloured chassis/towing arm, not an easy version to find.
There are also some nice 'Models of Yesteryears' which we would like to see, so if possible can you do some more pictures please of those sitting by them selves, thank's.
Enjoy the forum and ask any questions about models in that collection, there are some very informed members here who will try and give you the most correct answers possible.
Ghosthunter.

Thank you, Ghosthunter!
Appreciate your feedback.
The RW VWs are missing from the photos as well.
I had no idea about the horse boxes, interesting.
I'll get working on the Yesteryear photos!
