When I've seen things like this in the past, I've messaged the original seller so they can follow it up. There was a spate of similar occurrences coming from Chinese sellers that kept popping up with zero feedback a a year or two ago.

I see the 1973 Stutz that we sold has been copied. We sold the model anyway but what can I do about this? PM me if needed.
Thanks,
Bob

So what happens if you try and buy the model in the first link?
I had a look at the pictures for the Stutz and find it is a very interesting item. I don't doubt the status or authenticity but having studied the details we can see, it has 1977-78 tyres, rear bumper braces and the White 'Y' number (post-77 detail), on the top face of the box. The baseplate casting has the 1973 date cast on the surface but the model's introduction was delayed until 1974. This particular example has a 1977-78 build date. In my books this is amother example of a model built with an 'Old Stock' component, something I have seen a few times within the 'Yesteryears' range.

I did PM Bob as soon as this was flagged up to me by a fellow collector.

All,
Thanks for the heads up on the Mexico person duplicating our listing. We are taking appropriate actions with ebay.
Take care,
Bob

No need for that here, Bob (unless you like the acronym!).

they do that alot with equipment and trucks
so much that I have called our regional dealer after hours and left a message to have said equipment delivered in the morning,( $1,000-$10000 for $60K + retail)
as several shown the dealer sign and P # to call, from photos they were able to narrow the serial # and contact owners to make sure all units were accounted for
