The steam roller is made by Garrett of Leiston in Suffolk UK. Works No. 34165 "Clacton Queen", built in September 1922.

The Jag is gorgeous, and I want it!

Nobody has pointed out yet that the ridges on the Jaguar radiator suggest that it is actually a Daimler.

Alpha suffix plates were introduced in 1963, so would have expected the Daimler plate to end in an "A", also would be letter letter letter number (up to 3 off) letter format i.e. AAA 123A. A transferred plate from an older vehicle is my assumption.
