Major Pack M6 & Kingsize K5 Racing Car Transporter

Released in 1965 as Major Pack M6. In 1967 transitioned to the Kingsize range as K5B Racing Car Transporter.
Replaced in 1971 by K5C Muir Hill Tractor & Trailer.
Body:
Green (shades of green found).

Types of Body:
a. No gap between front bumper and light.
b. Gap between front bumper and light.

Interior platform: short or long tab on platform end.

Tailgate: closed or with open space for the platform tab.

Decal Transfers:
a. Car facing forward on both sides.
b. Car facing to rear on both sides.
c. Car facing opposite ends.

Major Pack - M6 Racing Car Transporter:
1. Green body/gap between bumper & light/opening on tailgate/car decal facing fwd on both sides.
2. Green body/no gap between bumper & light/no opening on tailgate/car decal facing fwd on both sides.
3. Green body/gap between bumper & light/no opening on tailgate/car decal facing towards rear on both sides.
4. Green body/no gap between bumper & light/no opening on tailgate/car decal on right side facing aft & on left facing fwd.

Kingsize - K5B Racing Car Transporter:
1. Green body/with gap between bumper & light/with opening on tailgate/car decal facing fwd on both sides.
2. Dark green body/with gap between bumper & light/with opening on tailgate/car decal facing fwd on both sides.
3. Green body/with gap between bumper & light/with opening on tailgate/car decal facing towards rear on both sides.
4. Green body/with gap between bumper & light/with opening on tailgate/car decal on right side facing fwd & on left facing aft.

This is the 6th picture down from the top. I have highlighted something different on the extreme lower section of the loading sill.

Mildly interesting that this one stayed in production for so long with so few casting changes. Did it ever come with racing cars and if so, which ones?

Essentially no it did not come with cars. If you brought the G-4 Gift Set you had several cars and rather misleadingly the Sears mail order company showed a set during 1969, that did come with 4 cars as shown below.
