Saw this and I have never seen this before, looks to be a regular wheels with the superfast blue paint on this cortina. I dont see anything on this in variation guide but it did say something to be a pre production, what do you guys think.

Hello Kiov, Kwakers here. The body paint on your blue Cortina looks factory original to me, the base rivet seems to never have been touched or modified from the OUTSIDE, but the axle ends on your Cortina do not look like Lesney original factory rivets to me. I would suspect a body rivet that has been cut and re-glued to install a Superfast body on this regular wheel base, but why were the axle ends modified, or even touched if it was just a simple SF body to RW base swap?? I will wait to see what other members think on this one, but those are just my observations and suspicions on it without being able to inspect the model closely "In my Hands". Kwakers

This exact one with exact same backgound has been offered on a site in The Netherlands (ans in the meantime obviously sold) by a seller who offers too many VHTF models, so many that it could be Aladdin's cave and Paradise in one!
Seller offers under a various number of aliases on - as to my knowledge - Marktplaats and Ebay.
Apart from the VHTF models and prepros he is offering (RW and SF, some more than once), he also offers original models.
But the 'eye catching' models are at least very doubtful, not to say very suspicious.
Seller has been discussed here on VBD (and other forums) more than once.
I can't Judge this model per se, but in the light of seller's background I myself would be very cautious.

Have to agree with Maestro. Looks a typical car from the fake seller on marktplaats en ebay.
Tried recently to remove the seller but because i'm the first to take contact with markplaats they have no reason to remove him of the site.
If more people makes the remark on markplaats it's possible to remove the seller with differents names otherwise he will go one for many more years.

Are you two talking about Eric Jonkers? If so, try doing a search for 'Jonkers' on this site!

Don't know if he is here on this site but yes. My frustation is that he sells on ten different names and on ebay in the Netherlands.
It would be helpfull if everyone would make a notice to marktplaats en on ebay to remove atleast one faker.

The problem is that the "fake seller" uses 4, 5 or maybe even more different names on Marktplaats.
Sadly enough his models keepgetting sold,... is there nothing anybody can do about this???

Conclusive evidence including pictures of models that have been proven to be tampered with, directly connected to a suspect seller can be presented to an online auction site with a covering letter, outlining concerns of collectors that action should be taken against said seller.
