I hope Bob did not mind me resizing his image slighty as the further most section on the right was cut off.

For those that do not know, 'JOUEF' were the official importer of Corgi Toys for the French market and by the same token, Jouef model trains were marketed in the UK by 'PLAYCRAFT', the Playcraft that became linked to Mettoy as Mettoy Playcraft.

My first trains were Jouef.
For non french speakers jouef sounds like jouet = toy.

I had one of these. When I sold it on 20 years later it was still complete with all the figures, the box and an unbroken cloud!
