Merry Christmas to everyone.

Its been a tough Year for me with my Family issues that some of you know the details of. I have tried not to bring my overall feelings I am now experiencing in my life to the forum and have tried to keep focused regards my hobbies, but when asked about what I do regards my model car hobby, I had to be honest and say I don't enjoy it now as I used to before Father passed away. I do still try and stay focused about all my model car interests and it is the forums (this and Mick's Moyboyz) and my involvement with the Maidenhesd Static Model Club that holds me together.

I have tried to limit my visits to this forum for Two reasons.
1, My current overall attitude and outlook to life.
2, I am sure many of you Guys must be fed up with seeing my ''Ghosthunter'' name plastered on so many threads.

So, the Ghosty is not his usual self, but loves coming to the forums as you never know what interesting posts there are to read, its just that I find it difficult to NOT respond to so many!

Despite the above, I will take this opportunity to wish everybody on the forum a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

I can imagine this Christmas will be hard for you Kev and I truly hope you keep your chin up, as for the forum I love nothing more than seeing your knowledgeable posts on this forum so please keep it up as I’m sure I’m not alone in thinking this. At the end of the day we all need a release from real life and hope you don’t lose that enthusiasm. Anyway hope everyone here has a great Christmas and a happy new year.

Hi Ghosty,i wish u a Merry Christmas and know that we all love u so much.Your antics is 2nd to none and your hobby knowledge is overwhelmingly deep and one cannot deny the fact that i like many others had learnt so much from your posts and responses.
U were and still truly are the breath of fresh air this forum so easily accepted so know that ure key and a senoir member with lots to offer.
Remember too that ure the most important person in your life so remain strong,brave and enchanting in all u do,say or behold.Its never easy losing a loved one esp a parent as great as yours but cling onto the cherishes,the good friendship but most importantly the celebratory reflections of your Dads life that will remain forever.
Take it easy and dont out-pour your precious soul!

It is the first time I have been able to look at the forum this Christmas and was sorry to see your post as I have been through a few dark times myself and hate to see anyone feeling that way...to late for Christmas wishes I know but I do wish you all the best for the new year pal.

I would like to say that I thoroughly enjoy reading your posts and in my opinion the forum would be a little to quiet without them, You have definitely made me feel very welcome since joining and no offence to all the other members of the forum who all seem great but I probably wouldn't bother if not for your replys to my post's as you are so knowledgeable and always happy to help me with any questions I have which is maybe a little annoying to some here, again the time taken by yourself to help has definitely made me feel a lot more welcome as I clearly lack the knowledge of most the forum members but just enjoy and love my collection as much as the next person.

Anyway hopefully you will start feeling better in the near future Ghosty... Kai also says Hi by the way.
