As I mentioned when I arrived here about 3 weeks ago, I haven't been collecting long but today I had a first and something I didn't expect to see?
Today I found my first factory error piece, its not perfect but not in bad condition either. My error piece is a 1979 Rolls Royce silver shadow. I know they are quiet rare to find but delighted I finally have one. I can only imagine the person putting it together had their mind on the weekend ahead on the Friday afternoon it was cobbled together.
The RR cost 30p and has taken pride of place with all my other elegent Lesney models.
Today was a great day, well worth waiting for.

Hopefully we can sort out your picture posting issues and get a picture of that error Rolls-Royce on here, we love that sort of thing and I have been quoted as being a bit of a Rolls-Royce model collector myself, so I want to see it.
