Happy birthday to the MOYBOYZ forum !

Mick Flack first started on this great forum for Matchbox (Models of Yesteryear) collectors on Thu Jul 26, 2007 10:03 pm.

So happy birthday to MOYBOYZ for 10 great years, no arguments and a great place to catch up on all things MOY.

Being 1 of the very early members I am still looking there few times a week still post once in w while.
Unfortunately photo bucket problems have caused old photos can only be seen on photo bucket and no longer in the treads as being 3rd party sites as they called it which has prevent me posting photos for some time now.

May I thank Mick especially to keep the great MOYBOYZ forum alive which keeps us all together and keeps the great hobby of collecting that great range of Matchbox Models of Yesteryear models alive even more so.

There is no denying the Two forums do share members, we have been brought together through the products of Lesney. The 'Models of Yesteryear' range was first introduced in 1956, petering out of mainstream production in the mid 1990's. This long production period has ensured the subject of collecting these models is vast and very far reaching for many of us with specialist collections of models within the overal range, so a forum dedicated to the subject was a must happen event and as Marcel has pointed out, it happened in July 2007.

Happy Birthday Moyboz, another 10 Years to look forward to.

I would be interested in joining , if i could figure out how ?? Marcels link takes me to the forums login page but I do not see anything for Joining nor could I find anything on the Moyboyz homepage

Kevin the only two buttons that appear on the page when I bring it up are FAQ and Login

Maybe Mick has not ticked the check box (I believe they are all options available), to bring that up on the board index page. I don't see it because I'm already registered. I would have to log out and visit as a guest to see what comes up.
