Heavy Resin Prototype Airport Fire Engine

Here is a prototype pre-production of the miniature Airport Fire Engine produced in a very heavy resin-type compound, not the lighter plastic-type resin that we are usually familiar with being used with Matchbox pre-productions and prototypes. I have never seen a model made of this material before. We found this in a collection we are sorting.
It was mentioned during our Illinois Matcbox Collector's Club meeting that this may be made of a material called "Polystone". Below is the results of a google search about this compound:
Polystone is a compound made up largely of polyurethane resin mixed with powdered stone additives that give it added weight and the porcelain or "stone-like" feel that resulted in the materials name itself. Polystone is durable and highly effective at maintaining a sharp paint finish.
