Hi Everyone. I was wondering if anyone can identify a hay rake which was among the toys in our loft. It must date from 1980s/90s. It has no brand on it. The only marking is "87/1" which appears on each rake arm. Everything is metal except for:- rake arms, side loader (chevron), black central piece & tyres. It measures 10cm diameter across rake area and total length including tow bar is 13cm.
I have attached picture. I have searched the internet for clues. Some makes, such as Britains & Corgi seem to have same colours, but I have not been able to find this particular item. Many thanks.

It appears that your hay rake was part of the Matchbox Superkings K87 tractor and rotary rake set

and yes you are correct the time period. The model came into the range in 1981, though I'm not sure how long it was produced for.
