Re: boat
Don't know.
Could just be a Hong Kong copy on a Matchbox trailer or a pre pro.
More photo's required and a genuine Matchbox boat put beside it for comparison.
The boat could be from the 900 series or a Brazilian model.

Re: boat
There is no way it would be paired with a regular wheel Trailer in such bright colours as a pre-pro or otherwise in my opinion. This Boat appears to be a direct copy of the Lesney early version without the added side supports for the Trailer arms, so I doubt it is a 'later' Brazilian Lesney either. With those brighter colours, I am sure it is a knock-off, so any added info on it will be interesting. I have never seen one like it in the U.S. Very interesting Boat Brainstrust, Thanks for showing it here for a potential identification. kwakers

There was another one, I cant remember the colour mix though. They were both advertised as pre-pros and I think went for around 80 bucks. I guess caught some people out but not the majority

Re: boat
Copies of the Matchbox boat were made by several companies - the one I encounter most frequently is by Efsi of the Netherlands - , and as far as I know none of them have window glazing.
So if such a boat shows up without window glazing, it is much more probable that it is a copy than that it is a Lesney pre-pro.
