Yesteryear Box Dates

Does anyone have a list of the MOY boxes that show the dates that the box ran for. As an example the "A" box ran from 1956 to 1958, "B" style box from 1958 to 1961, etc. Please help if you can - I am not finding much information on this subject.

there is basically no accurate info on these boxes for issue and end of run. The only guess is when a model was first issued we know which box went with it but when a change of box occurred during the same model's run we can only guess by model variation and even that is not accurate.
