While reading this annoying news i found the term "Royal Warrant"

What does it mean? Is it something like the k.u.k. Hoflieferant (supplier to the royal court)?
If so, why does R A Creamer & Son have two warrants?

if one supplied to Queen then one Royal Warrant , so if they supply Charles as well then it is 2 of them. Shame a business with so much history has to close down due to demands from the maker to have a flashy new shop. I much prefer the one in the phoyo, more personal form of buying. Jaguar will regret it eventually to have lost part of their history and heritage.
