I've got one of these somewhere. The idea is to get all of the clocks on both sides to say the same time. I've never done it yet. The clocks are reset by pressing the buttons, but each button operates a different combination of clock faces. It's nearly gone out the window a few times I can tell you!

I don't know anything about it either, but as Ghosty said, they are always popping up on ebay.
