Good morning Matchbox collectors.

I'm very happy to have this SF 67 Datsun with "glow in the dark" windows new in my collection.
The black Datsun has the England International base.
I've also the no. 3 Porsche, no. 55 Ford Cortina and no. 62 Corvette with theese windows. Can anyone tell me which other SF have theese windows?

Regards
Sven

These four are the only basic range MB Miniatures made in England (as production models) with glow windows.

Later on the Corvette and Pontiac Firebird were made in Macau with glow windows, then came the Iso Grifo and Monteverdi Hai from the Super GT range made in England, and finally the Gruesome Twosome and Datsun 126X also from the Super GT range but made in China.

All of those models were primarily intended to be issued with track sets from the Streak Sets range, which featured track pieces glowing in the dark like the models' windows, but most were also available as singles or in twinpacks. Production lasted from 1982 to 1988.

Thank You very much Christian,

i've seen a Corvette (Macao) at Rockertrons Website, it had small side windows, not full side windows.
I've got a few Macao MB, but it isn't my range.

This year I saw a silver Datsun/ England base with the glow windows, i will hunt one.

Today in the post...
...the RW 04B with GPW. It builds a nice pair with the RW 04A.
Somewhere in my shoeboxes I have an empty script box for the 04A.

There is the gap, it has the open engine casting, Alex.
On both mudgards i can read "Lesney".

Hello again,

I've got some nice cars:
My first Ford Zodiac two tone, a nice Holden Pick Up, a very nice Kennel truck with charcoal base, a perfect Miura with one black hub and a nice Iron Fairy Crane, which i think is dull orange.

Hi folks,

I've hunted long time after this, MG 1100 in green colour.
Perfect model in perfect box.

...and the Mustang in white with correct box:

The Mustang is absolutely mint in perfect box,
but look at that wheel oops only on driver site, wheels are melted.

I would be more lucky if the wheels were usual.

Wow Sven what on earth has gone wrong with those wheels? Other than that you have 2 very nice and rare Superfast models there. Well done.
