has brexit let loose some $$ or is there another source of $$$ across the pond this month?

Despite previous posts Graham found more and had a big MB listing this past week .....this may have been the time to let go of all your spares it was + - 30% $$ higher(didnt win 1 piece as it is 50-80% more on the back side with fees etc) than prior sales and seemed to lift ANY seller with similar items

Had a number of items on my watchlist but bids went well beyond my shallow pockets days out from auction end.

Always interested to see what certain items fetch (especially those harder to come by items).

The 2 that struck me as unusually high:

Opel Diplomat - dark green car E3 box

Opel Diplomat - F box

Hi All, I was amazed what some models fetched, but sadly nothing for me. Strange how something can sit there at £300 to the last couple of seconds then jump to over £1000. The short Opel box is a hard one to find. Graham puts a lot of work into his auctions & don't forget about eBay & paypal fees they must be rubbing their hands Pete.

This was why I was interested, especially as Graham's one had graffiti on 2 sides.

I agree, Graham put in the effort - he mails out prior to auctions, has reasonable shipping prices and is a BVD trusted seller.

We have actually asked Graham to join us here on the forum, but so far he has declined, but you never know, once he retires on the proceeds of his successful ebay sales, he may change his mind (are you reading this Graham, we want you here OK!).

Ghosthunter.
