Your thoughts on this model?

Has anyone seen this model from Brazil? is it authenic? Thanks for looking and your comments.
Two observations:
i) windows loose (could be playwear), and
ii) apparent spreading of the body on both sides between the front wheel wells and the doors (gaps between the body and the baseplate).
