Is this Side Tipper a well-known single blister variant,Or rarely seen ?

I have seen it before quite a few times in a single blisterpack like the one you show, I would not say from experience that it is any rarer in this pack than in the TP, thanks for showing it.

I've seen a few when I lived overseas but I haven't seen any in this part of the world apart from the two I have.
