K129A Powerboat Transporter: Issued in England circa 1986. This is the K107 with the added dome lights which makes the front wheels steerable.
Some of the variations found:
Base - can be Made in England, Macau or China
Wheels - red, white or chrome eight dot disc
Labels - Spearhead in lt blue, lt brown, brown or Coast Guard colors.
Trailer - white or grey
Cab - blue/lt blue, white/lt blue, white/black
