A while back when I reached this milestone, I laid one of each of the RW castings out on an old table for a group shot:

I tried at the time to sneak a few interesting variations in there...

Cheers,

That is a very mouth-watering collection Gavin. Congrats on reaching that milestone. What's next?

Cor! bet that was fun putting all those out and I think they are in order are'nt they. It is interesting to note the most predominent colour used, Red and Yellow are top of the list, who is going to count all the colours to see which is the most used colour!

Thank's Gavin for showing them on the forum.

Certainly look nice when laid out like that Gavin - great display.

Here's a post I did some time ago that might help re the colours:

It must have been 5 years ago or more now reaching that milestone, as the new table arrived before our first daughter and she will be 5 in November. I'd left some of the "easier" castings to get last, so the last one was actually the 17e Horsebox. I think the castings I've found most difficult to find over time are 17b and 27b. I've been trying to get at least 1 of each of the RW castings with a box for a while now, 6 to go still, with 17b and 27b among those still missing. It's taken 18 years or so to get this far, but I'm sure they'll turn up for me one day...

There are probably a few unusual ones in there not so easy to spot from this picture - like the curved canopy 1a for example. They're not all my shiniest, nicest examples either due to me probably just grabbing the nearest example of each I could find, and I decided to leave any boxes out of shot.

Cheers,
Gavin

Hello Gavin,
Wonderful layout and shows off nicely the scale between the models in each of the series when viewed from above.
Very well done.
