Multiple Attatchments
Multiple Attatchments
Maybe a daft question but can anyone tell me if it's possible to upload multiple photos to a post in one go, it never seems to work for me and I have to go back and forwards selecting the files to attach one at a time. I've tried the control and shift keys to no avail. If it's not possible, is it a feature that can be switched on?

Re: Multiple Attatchments
I to have to upload images one at a time JB so I would also welcome any advice that would speed up the process.

I do them one at a time too but mostly off my phone so any short cut probably wouldn't work for me

Re: Multiple Attatchments
There is no facility for this on the phpBB forums. The only way to do this is through something like 'Photbucket' which allows multiple image downloads to a forum. It is not something I have tried but it will involve a bit of 'Copy and paste' manipulation.
When you view some of my re-postings of old 'Lefora' thread comments, they are all screen-grabs, with some post production editing and then separate postings to this forum. It takes a heck of a long time if the original thread runs to several pages!!

Yes, once you have uploaded files you can hit the button "Place inline" which puts the command line of that picture within the text field.MatchboxFreak wrote:I've also found that the photos appearing the post in the reverse order which I attach them.

And then those command lines can be moved around freely with cut & paste, so it is not necessary to upload them in reverse order.

Use postimage no need for an account just upload and then copy the links in one. you can resize or have clickable thumbs and put in columns and rows.
can be linked in the forum by admin for easier use.
don't add a large image code as I don't think the forum is set to limits the size and they go off page.
Also does not use up forum bandwidth like attachments do.
