Yesteryear hybrid Rolls Royce Silver Ghost

Clearly a MoY Y7 chassis and bonnet, mated to a Landaulette Limousine body.

Thanks for the confirmation, that body works really well on the Rolls Royce as though it were designed for it, and looks really close to some real examples. I also like the wire wheels. After making such nice wheels, it's a pity that Matchbox moved to those standardised plastic wheels for Yesteryears from the mid 70s.

I agree with you Fred.

Plastic versions of the wire wheel were trialled on a few 'Yesteryear' models, but the idea never went into full production, instead they made a 'One size fits all' wheel and tyre design and these were fitted across the range from late 1973 onwards.

Wheels can really make or break a model.
The Rio coach needed some adjustments on the curved bottom to make it a flat fit. And that did work out just fine.
My hybrid model a lookalike of this (not artillery wheels):
