Probably my very first illustrated book on the 'Models of Yesteryear' models. It is quite comprehensive with some useful historical background and an overview of the (then), current range. It also describes some of the rare models with some good pictures of examples from the author's collection.

The 2nd book Kevin, 'The Yesteryear Companion' was the better one as only a small portion was to the normal later releases with 2/3 of the book devoted to pre pro models - one of the only books to do so, invaluable to say the least as it gave some good insights into the range.

I remember my mum and dad having a garage sale, (boot sale) once and I had to rescue the Yesteryear Companion book. How it got in amongst the books for sale I'll never know but I'm sure glad I found it before it was sold.
Both are great books.
