Replacement tires

Post by Bob/Ohio »

I am in need of some replacement tires for Dinky,Corgi, and Matchbox models. Does anyone currently sell tires directly (No Ebay) to customers in the United States?

Thanks
Bob

Sometimes just buying a beater for the tyres is the best way.

Hi Bob, I have seen Corgi factory replacement tires on carded stock. I think a dozen or more per card, but was of course on feebay. The other brands I haven't seen good repros or originals.

Try

http://www.modelcarparts.com

Select the English version top right of home screen as it s a Dutch site, minimum Freight charge 5 euro. Have a browse plenty there. Buying in bulk is best. Payment by PayPal or CC.

Only trouble is you pay EU VAT as the site isn't sophisticated enough to take it off for non EU customers.

Dinky tyres can be sourced from http://www.dinkyclub.com. Once again, more economic in bulk.

Cheers

I have some reproduction Matchbox tires in my inventory. Email me with what you need (Matchbox model) and I can quote you cost to buy and ship.
Non-profit, will quote what they cost me.

Model Suplies in the UK have an excellent range and shipping is quite reasonable (and they will take the VAT off for international orders!)

http://www.model-supplies.co.uk will get you there....
