"Israeli Die-cast Model Cars" by Rafi Ilivitzky.
This is a privately printed book, occasionally available via sources on the internet. It has no ISBN and my copy is of the Second and Updated Edition, Number 56 of 250 copies. The book is printed in both English and what I assume is Hebrew.
There are 77 pages of information and photographs and it is regarded as the most informative source of information on the Sabra Gamda Koor toys manufactured in Israel. It also covers the link between Sabra and Cragstan.
The only link to a copy for sale (and it may no longer be available) is http://www.thetoycabin.com/israeli_diec ... itzky.html
