A nice model which comes in a deep metallic red and a variety of interior colours , the only casting variation is the ejector ring on the engine (this occurs on several models across the range)
I have one which has silver trim to the rear light and number plate all the others only have the bumper trimmed

Does your blue interior one have a silver painted base ?

I would think the silver painted lights & number plate tie it up with it being an early model as it has beige interior, unpainted base and knobbly tyres.

are you aware of any colour variations apart from the flyers

I am not aware of any other colours on the Corsair, it has been a very consistent issue. The Silver rear index plate and lamp units are on the early issues only which ties-in with the bare metal baseplate.

Here is a rare picture of Corsairs ready for boxing up dated July 1966. We will visit this casting again when it became a 'Fire Chief' car on catalogue number 32.
