I know only other 2 collecot of matchbox...one guy live near Bologna, his collection is of 1800 models....and one is in Turin, he collect matchbox, regular and superfast it has 4500 models
13 march i was in Verona for the toy fairs, only a few matchbox (RW, some superkings and other models) nothing for my collection, it was the home of 1:43 (i think that 98% of italian collection are in 1:43 scale)
Other big toy fairs are in Rome, MIlan and Turin

Hi Oscar thanks for the reply You will have to introduce your two friends to the site. We have a lot of toy fairs in the UK. but I fear a lot of the good bits have dried up, some nice bits still turn up at auctions. Keep collecting Pete
