Could that be why I keep getting red flags about that Silverlight BS? I'm thinking I might need to uninstall it.

I got rid of Silverlight a long time ago and didn't notice any difference browsing the web and I've always hidden the updates that Microsoft try and push through aimed at installing it. It's good practice to only have the software you need, it's less of a risk, there's less to keep up to date and the leaner your computer/tablet is the better.

I've hit my computer so much through frustration, its always leaning now!!
