Does anyone have any idea what this is? Found it when I was going through one of my junk boxes and I can't remember anything about it. I'd like to find out what's missing

There's no baseplate or markings, it's two piece diecast, around the size of a Dinky tank transporter tractor. I had a quick search around Crescent, Britains, etc but couldn't find anything. Thanks.
