Are there more of these scarce displays

Hello,
a few years ago I missed the opportunity to buy this item.
Didn't see it on an auction since then.
Does anyone have more informations about this item?
When was it released / in which quantities?
Most probably a dealer sales aid?
Can't imagine, all of them were distroyed - looks quite solid.
Any advice / tip is more than welcome.
Best regards
Wolfgang

Hi Wolfgang.
I have seen a garage/service centre version that may well be from the same period as the one shown in your picture and the models were fixed to the various points on the base board, so may have been a travelling type designed for touring the various toy shows.

There was also a fibre-glass version designed as a section of a mountain roadway diorama that was displayed at Corgi's main UK offices.

Apart from those I have no further information at this time, but thank's for showing it.

Here is a similar display sold a while back at Vectis and described as a plastic formed Corgi retailers window display plinth for military models, sold for £150 before commission.

On the evidence presented here so far, it seems likely there may be others like one for farming models.

Hello,
As for the Jaguar counter display, illustrated in the "Corgi Bible", has anyone seen one in reality
or being traded?
Best regards
