For Alex, restored Superfast 44c GMC in H-T-F RW colors

Post by Tinman »

I made this one with Alex in mind (he had asked when I was going to restore a Superfast model). A Matchbox 44c Superfast GMC refrigerator truck in the rare first release regular wheel colors.

I was a little worried that if I even touched a superfast model that I might melt or burst into flames or something bad would happen. But, other than aliens abducting me ... the day has gone OK. I don't remember much of what happened. Although it does hurt when I sit down, I wonder why that is?

See, I knew something bad would happen if I touched a Superfast! What's with all that anal probing and aliens anyway, are they some advanced race of sex offenders?

If you don´t have a key for the front door, try it on the other site :D

Looks great.
Is the backdoor original or is it a spare part?
