Searching for a modell from my childhood

Gentlemen,

i hope, this is the right place to ask for it. I remember having a kind of military semi trailer as a boy. It was die cast and it was in the king size or 1/43 range. I´m not shure, what the trailer was for, but it may be, that just was a lowloader like the one shown on the photos. I found it in an ebay search for something complete different. On these pictures you can see the truck. Its a plastic Roco military modell in 1/87, but sadly there are no further informations with the photo delivered.

Can someone identify the original truck? Is it english or an american vehicle? Or maybe a russian?

Does someone know the casted truck?

This is also very similar to the Pacific transporter / lowloader models as made by France Jouets

Hi Roland, just came across your post . Here is a pic that shows the various models the France Jouet - Pacific Transporters.
May help you to figure out which one you had.

Scale on these models was 1/55
The wheel, on the roof of the cab on these models, turned. Allowing the front wheels to be steered.
