2015 highlights
2015 has been a great year for my Lesney collection with several local finds that have pleased me greatly.
But even more gratifying than the local finds have been the correspondence, generosity and exchanges with members here at VBD. In particular, many thanks to Greg (Matchbox and Molars), Ewan, Jason (Nearlymint), Stephan (Malibu), Dick ( Kwackers) as well as our fearless leader Nick Jones.
New additions include:
17a one light blue one maroon
25c Aral
27b dark green cab
41c yellow
46b dark blue GPW 3 line text
56b red
75b blue green
M2b Davies Tyres
M9a Orange decals
I've included an oops 75b for color comparison with the blue green 75b. I am guessing the blue green will be hard to photograph and may render differently on different screens and monitors. I'd be happy to have people examine it in hand for comparison.
Photo of M series will follow.

You've been busy Kurt, I hope 2016 is lucky for you. The low loader and the Aral are very nice.

Hello Reg
I am not familiar with Johnboy's oops (although I wish my collection were as diverse as his).
I've posted additional photos of my 75b on the oops thread today.
Thank you mm and jb for your comments. These variations (except the green Ferrari) are all fairly hard to find here in the US, especially because I don't bid on eBay. The low loader and the red Fiat came from local sources but the others all came from friends here at VBD.
Thank you friends

Now we have a problem...if a forum member makes an OOPS! on the OOPS! page, what do we call it, the double OOPS! thread ?
Ghosty.

Richard Cranium! That's great! I've never heard that one before.
No harm done. I've certainly hit send before proof reading.
In fact I realize that my earlier post about what was local and what came via VBD friends was not completely correct. In addition to the low loader and the red Fiat, the blue green Ferrari was also sourced locally (at an indoor toy fair with terrible fluorescent lighting).

I love the 50's models! The 17a in both of those colors is a good find in any condition! the low loader is an excellent find and looks to be in nice shape too.
It might be time to start my "Bucket List."
