2 Rolls-Royce models, both 6.9cm in length. Looking for more information about them. Thanks in advance!
The first one in yellow, all metal. Looks like it's been hand painted by previous owner. The baseplate says:
T/R No.33
R.R. Phantom II
Varney
U.K.
and also engraved:
L.D.M
The second one in red, plastic body. It looks like a Silver Wraith. The back says:
Tri-ang
Made in England

Hi Ritchie,
Couple of nice models you have found.
The Yellow Rolls-Royce is from 1978-79. It was marketed by Jim Varney (VARNEY), as part of his 'TRANSPORT REPLICAS' (T/R), range in a scale suitable for model railways.
The LDM stands for Lawrence Design Models, the company set up by Brian Lawrence for casting the components used by many White metal kit manufactures through the 1970's and 1980's.
The Red Rolls-Royce is a Silver Wraith 'Empress' from the 'TRI-ANG' Push n Go range with a friction motor inside. It was available during the 1955-59 period, can be found in the Red, Blue, Green and Yellow base colours and has a catalogue number of 3533. It is also in a small scale that would not be too out of place on a model railway layout.
