Going against the rule of do not paint small model cars Black!...I like those, the only colour for such regal wheels and that Blue is such a nice shade it does work well for both the Rolls-Royce and Jaguar, really nice repaints Gerrit you have mastered the art and I am pleased you continue to show them on the forum.

Thanks Kevin. These are my first black Lesney's. Formal limo's to be exact. They are all part of the color palette I am working on.

The last time I checked, there were 82 colours used for the Silver Shadow Family, so if you are going to emulate all those, we want to see all of them here on the forum... :D

Then I am not even halfway, maybe at 25% of that. Not sure how long that is gonna take.

great job :) . I like black cars, my fist car was a black mini van back in 1982, I was forever cleaning it though every bit of dust stuck out like a sore thumb :roll:

Black is not an east color to apply or clean.

Yes we do have a similar appetite, like buying cheap and do repainting.
Those #24C Rolls Royce models are really fantastic castings, it captures the car very well. And I am quite sure, because I own one.
