Husky #32 on a Ford Truck ?

I came across this in a past auction on Vectis.

It is the first time that I see a Luggage Elevator on a ford truck... I do not see this on the Husky page and did not see it in the few lists I have consulted so far. Is it a known model ? Normally it would be 32b... Hard to see on the picture if the blister was opened to allow a swap. The only strange thing would be the rubber band on the model, rather unusual.
Any body has info on this ?
