So instead I bought a white Rolls Royce model.
It is a Matrix 1/43 scale 1956 Rolls Royce Silver Cloud coupé, Freestone and Webb design 3193
This is not die cast but resin cast, I guess Rollerghoster Kevin might like it:

Thank's Gerrit, very nice.
'MATRIX' is one of the new boys on the block having been established as recently as January 2013, by Inventist Distribution BV with production in China. Their models are made out of a high quality resin compound with the finer detail trimming done with 'Photoetched' parts.
Their first Rolls-Royce was this Two-tone Green Silver Cloud estate by Harold Radford.

They added this striking Black over Yellow Silver Cloud III DHC by Hooper later in the Year.

but by 2014, they were showing 9 Rolls-Royce cars and 1 Bentley car in their catalogue, so it seems they have found a winning formula and by keeping 'Artistic License' to a minimum, it ensures their models are good representations of the real cars.

Matrix is making these lovely models, I wish they started on a series of Phantom IV's.
By the way this white one my second Freestone and Webb:
